One of our clients once nicknamed Sarah ‘the tradie whisperer’, they said ‘the trades will do anything for you, Sarah’, because she understands the process – every part of it.
No two jobs are ever the same, and things might need to change and design decisions need to be made on the spot. This can often be stressful when you are in the throes of a renovation but we will be with you every step of the way. It can often be dusty, noisy, and not at all glamorous, but we love it, every part of it, even the early morning site meetings. As long there is coffee, between us, we can find a solution.
We design awesome kitchens and have hand-picked cabinet makers that work to our same high standard. Along with the cabinetry design we will select all the finishes for your new kitchen; benchtops, splashbacks, sinks and tapware, cabinetry finish and handles. You may already have in mind something you like and that is okay too, we can work together to make sure the final decisions fit in with the overall aesthetic.
We love storage and make sure there is plenty of it – we have a checklist so we don’t forget a thing to ensure it not only looks great but will function well for you and your family for years to come.
We love designing bathrooms and have a team of specialist trades we work with to do what they do best whilst we focus on the creative side of things. Together, we can turn your tired outdated bathroom into the bathroom of your dreams. We will oversee everything to make sure it looks just as good in the real as it did at the concept stage.
We will work with you to plan the layout, select all the finishes including floor and wall tiles, sanitary ware, taps, shower screen, paint colour as well as adding the finishing touches to make your new bathroom uniquely yours.
We design laundries that you will actually want to spend time in – creating plenty of storage for the not-so-pretty essentials and enough bench space for sorting and folding. We can integrate messy laundry baskets as part of the joinery so you can sort your washing as you go. Like our kitchens and bathrooms, our team of specialist trades does what they do best while we work on the creative side of things. Between us, we can make everyday chores fun.
If you are about to embark on a renovation or new build there are always a lot of decisions that need to be made. One of the questions your builder will ask is if you have selected all the finishes for the project. This can often be overwhelming and time-consuming but it is the part we love most.
We can work with you to select all the finishes for your home – you may have a few ideas already and we can help you make the final decisions to suit your overall design scheme. These can include but are not limited to, paint colours, floor coverings, window furnishings, joinery design and finishes, lighting, exterior finishes, and the list goes on.
What is important to the success of your project is to be organised and have all the decisions made in advance so the process can be as stress-free as possible at the build stage.
We can design joinery for absolutely anything. You just need to tell us what you need to store, what you would like to display, and we do the rest. We have work with cabinet makers who share the same level of detail and high standard as we do making sure we nut out all the final details before it goes into production.
Before we work with you to choose the furnishings for your home we will sit down together and chat about your lifestyle and select pieces that not only look great but are practical and functional – we listen when you say your furnishings need to work with young children and pets. We will look at your existing furnishings, pieces that are special to you that you would like to keep, and chat about things that you would like to be replaced.
We can work with you to furnish just one room or your entire house. Some of our clients like to work in stages to furnish their homes as budget or time permits while others want to get everything done at once. We can make it work to suit your individual requirements.
As well as the furniture we can source rugs, feature lighting, bedding, artwork and decorative pieces to sit alongside your sentimental pieces – these are the things that bring the whole design scheme together and make your home uniquely yours.
Soft furnishings help to pull the whole design scheme together. We work with an amazing team in a Brisbane workroom who are exceptional in their craft and dedicated to the design industry. Together we can design, select fabrics, manufacture and install custom window furnishings, bedding, upholstery, lampshades, and decorative cushions.
