Gina and Simon engaged us to work on the major renovation of their 1930’s Queenslander in Northgate, affectionately named ‘Grace’. We worked in collaboration with their builder Neil to bring Grace back to her former glory and create a home for the family to enjoy for many years to come.
The scope of work included the creation of a design scheme for Grace to be sympathetic to the age of the Queenslander and the rich history of the surrounding area.
This included the selection of all interior finishes; floor, wall and splashback tiles, tapware, sanitaryware, hardware, lighting, joinery colours, benchtops, internal and external paint colours and floor coverings.
Following the renovation, Gina and Simon asked us to furnish the upstairs living areas and master bedroom to complete the overall design scheme and add the finishing touches. This included incorporating some of their existing furniture pieces and artwork together with the selection of new pieces and custom soft furnishing.

We created a gallery wall of images in the drawing room that were special to the family.
The Summer Room was where the original deck of the house stood creating a huge area for the kitchen, dining and family room.
